If I could rate anything less I definitely would. It is absolutely horrifying how a complaint is raised 19/12/2025 pertaining to an employee of yours being involved with students (with proof of such) and to find that the company does not respond to such,acknowledge the issue will be attended to or even worse,acknowledge the email had been received but nothing. By such actions it is to my understanding that it’s either you condone such behaviour or the company is fully aware their employees engnage in such. A video was sent with the number plate but I would definitely be lying if I said there’s been any action on the company’s end and I will definitely be making others aware and to ensure their underage children do not come into contact with you or else they will be harrased similarly to the current situation

We signed up as a new buisness in a food court during the month of March 2025, we have 5 outlets and all of them went with Gaap. They made us all sign electronic debit order mandates but they have double debited Nd debited my account numerous times for items without my consent. They have even passed me a credit note and then debited me for a repair to a cable without my consent. Andrea Da Silva is the regional Manager in KZN and has basically told me to fly a kite and speak to their lawyers. Simmi Ponen is the sales consultant who i am laying charges of ***** against. My advice is to never sign a debit order mandate with Gaap they are known for this and bully clients when issues arise. I will update on the matter once the case has been opened against them.

Our system gave us problems on the 29th of September and we logged a case they told us they will assist tomorrow which was understandable today in the 30th which is month end no help we have called they keep on taking us up and down we are losing money and they seems to not care they keep on telling us we are escalating it when you ask for their senior last they don’t know who is their senior which is strange

After a decade of using their product and several years of running on a month to month contract i decided to switch to another POS. GAAP tells me that they automatically renewed my contract for another 60 months and i will have to pay to get out of the contract. What GAAP is trying to do is ******* and highly *********. An extremely manual system. No other word other than PAINFUL to describe Web Reporting and the support they provide. There is always and excuse or that they are waiting for another department to do something.

Gaap Port Elizabeth is bad company to work for. I was doing so well in the company and they made me sign warnings for stupid things. Henno and March are bad managers. I get treated like a ******* and only way you get anywhere is if you suck up.

Honestly, some of the worst and most frustrating customer service I have had the displeasure of experiencing. After trying to resolve a very simple matter related to a broken screen, I have now been provided 3 sets of conflicting resolutions to the matter + have been insulted by one of the staff members over email. Nevertheless, I'm no closer to having my actual issue resolved. For a company this established, I honestly don't understand how there can be such massive internal misalignment.

I do repairs and maintenance. A customer of mine required replacement locks for their cash drawers. After trying several suppliers none of which were helpful at all. They expected me to replace the whole drawer??? Then approached GAAP. They, and in particular Shirley Coburn, were helpful and were able to supply me with the replacement locks. Thanks guys
