Hi, I have had absolutely terrible service from webafrica, after a month of not having wifi for a single day with them, I decided to change to vox. I contacted vox through the website on sunday and by Monday morning I had a WhatsApp from Hendrik Grobler. He has been absolutely fantastic! He has helped me as much as he could trying to change lines from webafrica (which has been a ball ache on its own from them). But hes stayed in contact with me with constant updates and taking me through each step! Honestly a fantastic guy and so helpful! Kind regards
There is no where to contact them, their email address doesn't work, their whatsapp bot is absolutely useless. There is no number to call either. I havent received my router and its been 5 days. You have to pay first but for 5 days I havent got wifi?
An extremely manual system. No other word other than PAINFUL to describe Web Reporting and the support they provide. There is always and excuse or that they are waiting for another department to do something.
Great service. Super friendly staff. Boarding on time. Love the casual uniforms, makes the flight so much more friendly and welcoming. So much more casual.. just a 5/5 for everything. And relatively cheap
On the we sent stock to a Capetown DC which was not delivered due to a faulty PO number. This was then requested to be returned to the sender. Delivery was promised for the 11/05/2020 and nothing was received. CourierIT was informed that there is a penalty fee for late delivery multiple times. Again after numerous calls it turned out that the parcel was still in CPT and delivery was promised for the 15/05/2020. Which didn't happen again. One call agent said he doesnt know where the parcel is and he cant help me. I am flabbergasted by the lack of information available to call agents. After many frustrating calls ( and not knowing where the parcel was) it turned out that the parcel had not been process and was lost in the CourierIT DC and was eventually found in JHB. At least 5 call agents said they would call back and never did. I am astounded by the poor quality of service or lack there of. Again, many frustrating calls later It was eventually delivered 2 WEEKS LATE. I now have a R4500 penalty fee and Courierit is silent. The service is shocking and I would NEVER use them again.
Terrible service. They're quick to take your money but won't pay it back when it's their mistake. They expect you to travel to the store to sort out a mistake that they made!! Vodacom Sandton City do your jobs properly - especially when you are dealing with other peoples money!
FNB is an awesome bank. I would recommend it to anyone. The service is excellent, the bank is always thinking of new ways of doing things (they're innovative), their advertising is on point. I can truly say that I am proud to bank with FNB.
Vodacom has been stuffing up my account, over charging me - their systems are slow and their call center agent have no idea what they are doing!!
I opened up a new contract on the 28th of July. I expected a debit order to come off on the 1st of August.This was not taken off even though I had money in the account Vodacom didnt even attempt to taker it off! To which later they tell me that I was in arrears for that as well!! On 1st September something happened and the debit order bounce, HOWEVER directly after that ON THE SAME DAY the money came off and was paid to vodacom!! On the 27th September my account was suspended and I have not been able to use my phone since then because vodacom's account division is a joke!! I have called about 8 times and every time they say they will try and correct it. I have sent through my bank statements all 8 times and still nothing!!!! To top this off they want to charge me a penalty fee for not paying my account???? The account has been paid but my phone is still blocked, my credit score has been damaged and nothing has happened!! I am sick of vodacom's incompetency!! The one time I phone the person who answered even told me that vodacom has no accounts division???!!! How ridiculous!!!! I am seriously ****ed off and I haven't been able to use my phone because of their stuff up!!!
