Our system gave us problems on the 29th of September and we logged a case they told us they will assist tomorrow which was understandable today in the 30th which is month end no help we have called they keep on taking us up and down we are losing money and they seems to not care they keep on telling us we are escalating it when you ask for their senior last they don’t know who is their senior which is strange
I called their call center yesterday to change the bank details the lady tried to change it and she said there is error due to surname change I must send my id copy today I called and spoke to mpho who refused to give me his surname he was so rude he even shouted at me telling me m not listening he said I can't send my id copy they don't do that I must go to the branch I asked him where is the branch in Kempton Park he said they don't have he refused to help me he is so incompetent, I was so frustrated I even felt like canceling their service with them m so disappointed the call ref: ********** 1-i30
