This company is a ****. Do not give them your money

This company is a ****. In June I paid for Office 365 Professional Plus for 5 devices. They sent me instructions on how to activate with only an email and password that did not work and no software key. I wrote to Rentia Boshoff​ who is supposed to be the manager and she responded that she will check with technical. That was the last time I heard from her. She did not respond to subsequent emails.
