This company is a ****. In June I paid for Office 365 Professional Plus for 5 devices. They sent me instructions on how to activate with only an email and password that did not work and no software key. I wrote to Rentia Boshoff who is supposed to be the manager and she responded that she will check with technical. That was the last time I heard from her. She did not respond to subsequent emails.
The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do not use this company. Please do not use this company for your peace of mind. The worst customer services ever! When you write to Vox you receive a ticket number and that is it. No one responds to you. VOX**********5, VOX**********2, VOX**********4. We took up an internet satellite service in March 2023 for 24 months with a monthly instalment of R1087.95. The service was really pathetic as we had interruptions each time there was a cloud in the sky. We omitted payment for Dec and Jan as we were looking for an alternative service provider. We were sent a cancellation letter and a technician came to our premises in February and tested the system and confirmed that it was not set right. He reset it correctly and we signed his jobcard to say that we were now happy with the signal and he informed us to pay the 2 outstanding invoices. We actually paid the two outstanding invoices and an additional two months. We thought that when he sends his signed jobcard and our payment for arrears in February - our service will not be cut. On the 1st of March our services were cut and we received a cancellation invoice of R15,000 (not even sure whether this is in line with the amended consumer protection act). I tried calling in to find out what was going on. First their phone lines cut many times and after trying for nearly 30 minutes I was put through to accounts and I was told that it was Courtney's account and I was put through to her line and she never answered the phone. I tried for the whole week with no success and started writing letters to help@vox. A very helpful lady called Johanna called and stated that they can reconnect my service however, accounts have to amend the accounts as it currently shows that I was owing R11,000. She informed me to call accounts first to sort the matter and then they will reconnect me. This was the beginning of March and it is now 26 March and I have not been able to reach Courtney. Now, a new contract of 24 months is being sent to me to accept. I have responded to them stating that I do not need a new contract - I just want to be reconnected. My contract with Vox is ending March 2025 and I do not need a new 24 months contract. Instead of responding - today I received an invoice of R11,000 plus interest on arrears. Tried to call this morning with no success. Please, please do not touch this company with a barge pole. There is plenty companies with good customer service at their core. Not Vox
