Where to begin. In April 2024 i purchased a battery charger online thru Gadget Hub. I got email confirmation that they received my order and i proceeded to wait for confirmation of delivery. Three weeks later i received a email that order was processed with Waybill no. Refund. Two weeks later and having heard nothing back i decided to contact them using the whatsapp no. and was told that they don't have stock and they will refund my money. Another month passed and no refund. Fast forward to 17 Sept 2024 and going back and forth with promise of payment i still have not received the money. I am so disappointed.
