Worst service and no customer service
Placed a order for a Fussion fan. The item arrived but there was a piece missing from the fan blade and there was no connector on the solar panel. I send them a enail the same day the package arrived and informed them regarding the item and requested a return and that was on 2026/01/14. Send several emails but no response.

Ordered a gamistar solar controller but received another device
Don't order from Gadgets Hub, it's a **** company Lawrence owns Gadgets Hub SA and Gadgets Hub,I ordered a solar controller from him,but he delivered another product,I returned it,but never received a refund he ignores me now,he asked for my account details,why,he then had it,

Gadgets hub: here's the rub
Deplorable service. Ordered was meant to reach me on 20 Nov. It didn't. I got tired of waiting and not receiving replies to my emails, so I requested a refund. I am still waiting for that too. No product. No refund. No replies to emails. Disgusting service.

Gadgets hub: here's the rub

Font order from Gadgets hub they are not the good company called Gadget hub, Gadgets hub deliver wrong product then refuse to answer any questions or WhatsApp messenger, or emails

Poor service, false promises, and unanswered emails
One star is too many !! I am very disappointed with Gadget Hub’s poor service. I placed an order for an item, and after seven days—with numerous unanswered emails and broken promises—I still haven't received it or a proper explanation as to why it hasn’t been shipped. Before making the purchase, I had even confirmed the item’s stock availability and warranty period, which they assured me of. My next step will be to request a refund, and I’ll update on how that goes. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Gadget Hub.

GadgetsHub.site stole my money
Warning stay far away from Gadgets Hub [not to be confused with Gadget Hub] . I purchased a battery charger a few months ago. The item was in stock which later turned out was never in stock and i've been battling to get my refund. I've laid a case against them thru the consumer protector lets see how that goes.

Where to begin. In April 2024 i purchased a battery charger online thru Gadget Hub. I got email confirmation that they received my order and i proceeded to wait for confirmation of delivery. Three weeks later i received a email that order was processed with Waybill no. Refund. Two weeks later and having heard nothing back i decided to contact them using the whatsapp no. and was told that they don't have stock and they will refund my money. Another month passed and no refund. Fast forward to 17 Sept 2024 and going back and forth with promise of payment i still have not received the money. I am so disappointed.
