Bad customer service
No customer service. Was told my order was despatched but they are not able to give me Tracking number. This only means that the order was not shipped. Asked them again this morning and David said he will get back to me. Send them a whattsapp again wich they read but no response. Will not advice anyone to buy from them.0 replies

The price was very good and the delivery quickly. The only negative is the packaging of the parcel was not poor1 reply

Worst service and no customer service
Placed a order for a Fussion fan. The item arrived but there was a piece missing from the fan blade and there was no connector on the solar panel. I send them a enail the same day the package arrived and informed them regarding the item and requested a return and that was on 2026/01/14. Send several emails but no response.0 replies

Worst service and no communication.
I have place my order and it was supposed to be delivered today but it was not. No communication from them. When I track my order it shows the tracking number does not excist or the courier company did not receive my order1 reply

Worst Courier Company
I would prefer to give them zero stars. Received an email that my parcel was out for delivery this morning. It is now 18:00 and it was not delivered. The same happened last week and they lie and said they only received the parcel that day. Worst Courier service.0 replies
