My name is Lisbeth Motaung I am unhappy with the services or I should say lack of service from Galaxy Memorials in the Alberton branch; I have been paying for 3 headstones from 05/03/2008 and the last payment was paid on the 04/10/2012. I have inquired multiple times with them asking when will the come and place the headstones as I'm done paying for them? Maria the lady working there keeps giving me different phone numbers to call but no one ever answers or the numbers don't exists. I've tried going to their website too but all the numbers do not exist.
I am now sick and tired of being disregarded by Galaxy Memorial, either they place the headstones or refund my money because this is not how you conduct business 7 years later I'm still waiting, WHO KNOWS MAYBE YOU ARE SCAMMING UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS.
