I seem to have misplaced my proof of payment and was hoping they could assist me in confirming the amount that was paid. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the necessary assistance. Could you please advise on how I might obtain the required help, as the salesperson declined to provide me with their manager's contact information, explaining that their manager does not permit the sharing of her number with customers.

Hi.We got fooled by Judy Galaxy Memorial & Tombstones .Shirley Lekhuleni started paying on on Oct.2018 and finished 18/4/2019 for the sum of R17300 + R550 cemetery fees.I Les Davids payed up on the 5/6/2019 R5800 for my son.We expected them as they promised to be ready by our date 9/8/2019 but nothing happened. On 12/8 I called and then whatsupped her & she Judy promised again.On 23/8 she said check on Tuesday 27/8 nothing.She made up a lot of stories and she eventually send her husband Ernest whom I met at the cemetery on Feb/19/2020.He made promises but still nothing. Then during level 5 lockdown we went to the Consumer Goods &Services Ombud in Randburg Surrey Avenue. It went the same until Lockdown level 3 She promised the CGSO that they are busy and will send the pictures and as you see in pic that's all they did cause I went there lots of times to check The cemetery janitor even knows me well.Even the CGSO gave up hence they send that email.They forwarded us a form for Complaints and Querries but I cannot write on it and don't have a printer. So up to this day nothing from them .All we need is our monies back.These guys reputation and services are poor,especially where loved ones are concerned.

My name is Lisbeth Motaung I am unhappy with the services or I should say lack of service from Galaxy Memorials in the Alberton branch; I have been paying for 3 headstones from 05/03/2008 and the last payment was paid on the 04/10/2012. I have inquired multiple times with them asking when will the come and place the headstones as I'm done paying for them? Maria the lady working there keeps giving me different phone numbers to call but no one ever answers or the numbers don't exists. I've tried going to their website too but all the numbers do not exist. I am now sick and tired of being disregarded by Galaxy Memorial, either they place the headstones or refund my money because this is not how you conduct business 7 years later I'm still waiting, WHO KNOWS MAYBE YOU ARE SCAMMING UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS.

I had a very very heinous experience with this tombstone stone company I would never recommend it to anyone they take your money and then never do the job they are very unprofessional and inefficient and that woman who is the ****** boss never answers her cellphone she steals people's hard earned money, God has a day for people like you If you think you are smart think again nothing you do will ever come right believe me right down to your kids and your whole family you will suffer till kingdom come

Good day I paid for my grandparents tombstone to be rewritten in November 2016 and this year in February I kept going to the head office in Jhb to enquire when they will do the job cause I don't owe them anything I paid in full and they kept giving me the run around and then I contacted the boss and it was the same thing she then said I must give them the message to be written on the tombstone which I did in July but to date no service has been provided by those people and now I told them I want my money back I even opened a case against them of fraud but still they have not refunded my money and when I call they either don't answer or they rude and say we will pay you

<p>My grand mother was paying for a tomb stone she spend R10000,till today they haven't put the tomb stone for my uncle. Funny we have receipt but they told us to get off.</p>
