PropInvest bad experience
I had a terrible experience with Prop Invest. They present themselves as professional, primarily because they know they will be receiving money from you. Whenever money is involved, people tend to be more meticulous and focused, especially since they are putting you in debt. I purchased two properties through them, as they assured me that it would be a good investment that would benefit me. They claimed the property was a new flat, but I later discovered that it was an old flat they had merely renovated. Additionally, these property have empty promises telling me it was in good condition, only to find out that it has significant financial issues. The property owes millions, and the banks are now unable to fund those estate flats because of the outstanding debts that Ngababili and Propinvest owing the bank. I have been paying for this property out of my own pocket for almost a year now, and it doesn't even have electricity. This situation is taking away money needed for my children's school fees and food for our household. I am at a point where my wife is considering divorce because Prop Invest promised us that the property was a good investment. To those of you who will be buying from them don't be convinced with the views that you are getting from Hellopeter it can be someone used to recommend them that they must writte whatever good results that they are giving but that is a lie that will give you a problem at the later stage.

I would like to give my 100% rating to the service i have received from Maggie Dlamini from Momentum. She consistently checked in to make sure everything was okay and that I had all necessary information before my dealer visit.She serve me with a smile and she was down to earth.

Haylee was very helpful from the get-go, so available when you had questions and willing to go the extra mile when you were not sure about something, and able to set up a meeting with you at any given time.

Hi, All.i had great time Propvest. Haylee was communicating with me almost every day after I have signed the documents things that to change. She has no more updates nothing I have to call and look for updates in terms of the properties I have bought with them.

worse experience ever
<p>My grand mother was paying for a tomb stone she spend R10000,till today they haven't put the tomb stone for my uncle. Funny we have receipt but they told us to get off.</p>
