Bad experience
So disappointed with Propinvest. Purchased a property through them and they took R50k and did not explain its comission. They said it goes to an account with no interest which does not make sense. Today i contacted them about my rental payment and no one is giving me proper feedback. I send messages to the agent and she says she will get back to me but she does not.

Bad experience

PropInvest delay the process to refund me
We bought a property from PropInvest on 12 December 2023. We paid a deposit of R30 000 when we sign the sale agreement. On 20 December 2024 PropInvest sent us a new contract to sign. We did not sign the new contract. On 4 March 2025, the conveyancing attorney confirmed in writing that the original contact lapsed due to the fact that PropInvest did not comply to the suspensive conditions of the 12 December 2023 contract. The last few months I requested ProfInvest on several occasions in writing to refund me, but without any success.

PropInvest - Worst nightmare
PropInvest is the worst of the worst! I would not advise my worst enemy to buy from them. I bought into a new development and almost two years later no even a single brick has been laid. I requested a cancellation and for my deposit to be paid back and wait and still waiting. Everytime when I call to make a follow up I’m simply told that they “busy with it” and the managers and accounting department staff blatantly refuse to speak to me on the phone to give feedback. I would not advice even my worst enemy to use this company!
