I'm not happy to find that my primary decor is not insured. I called in to cancel one insurance. I had insured two decoders which were the Primary and Secondary Decoders. When so called in to cancel one of them, I specifically asked for the secondary decoder to be deactivated. I am now having issues with the Primary Decoder and upon my discovery, the very same decoder I'm having issues with is not issued. I found this out when I called during the weekend or Friday to enquire about my insurance before I took the decoder to dstv. I need this rectified ASAP Because it's not an error caused by myself. I specifically required the Primary Decoder to stay insured. I'm not happy and I really need this to be resolved ASAP. Decoder details The following decoders are linked to my account: 1. Decoder with Smartcard *1068087965* and Serial Number *A302207327* 2. Decoder with Smartcard *1026953403* and Serial Number *A100599087* Decoder 1 with Smartcard *1068087965* and Serial Number *A302207327* is the correct decoder which is supposed to be insured. Decoder 2 with Smartcard *1026953403* and Serial Number *A100599087* I requested the insurance to be cancelled Not a happy customer. Because until now I have received any feedback from DStv after sending them this email.
This afternoon I was at Southgate Mall and I just needed to send a package via Paxi. So as normal I use Pep store to do this but they didn't have the bags for paxi so they advised me to go to Shoe city to do the Paxi. When ai got there before anything I asked if they had the bags and the lady on the floor said yes. I got to the teller her name is Zama Mnqoywa. I told her I would like to do paxi and she was like sure. She looked down and pulled out a plastic full of paxi bqhs. Right on top there was the R60 one which is 7-9 day one. I saw it and she quickly placed the bag down and said that she only had the big bags worth R110. I said to her but the 7-9 days is there and she refused and said there was only the large bags. I kept my cool and went to a different Pep store in Southgate right by Checkers. I asked why couldn't shoe city help me whereas I saw they had a bag I needed to do the Paxi. The lady at Pep said Shoe City has a reputation of not helping customers with Paxi because they hate the process of it. So I went back to Shoe City because I was not happy. I asked for the Manager and was told they not here not even the assistant Manager was there and the only person I was referred to was the very Zama I was there to complain about. Zama was chilled when I asked her why she didn't want to help me whereas I saw the bag I needed. She said she just checked at the back and only then saw they had stock available. I was told her she is lying because I saw the bag yet she kept saying she only just saw that they had. Firstly I had a bag and it was clear to see that ai had a box in it when I got there the first time. Now that Im there again she can see that my bag is empty yet she had the audacity to still ask me if ai still wanted to do Paxi. I told her I was not happy and was going to complain. She didn't seem bothered and I asked for her name and surname and she gladly gave me. No apology or anything. This lady is very ride and her service was very poor. I
I was calling to update my debit order date and I was assisted my Njabulo from Netstar customer service. He was very patient with me and allowed me to ask him about my product. Njabulo was very informative and extremely friendly.
I ordered 6hours ago and could track my order now I can't and whats worse they called me to confirm my address as im typing I called the store and they saying they can't track my order I paid online this aint on. Its been five years now with no work since I was last dismissed from the bank. I feel like it was unfair because I've never been in any trouble with the bank in regards to going for hearings. This was my first offence. I would like to know if it is possible to check if im still on REDS and can I possibly get my job back bcuz other people had worse cases than mine but were never dismissed (sharing of passwords and working with another person's staff number)
Was there (The Rock Restaurant - William Nicol Dr & Leslie Ave, Magaliessig, Sandton, 2191, South Africato) celebrate my dads birthday with family on the 09th of Jan 2021 and wow the service was 5 star. Our waiter Clayton was so polite and helpful. Even the Manager came to check on us. I say 5star bcuz the treatment we received was on point... Sanitized our table, we recieved warm towels n not wet wipes... It was our first time coming there and after such awesomeness we definitely coming back and the food wow. Definitely delicious. Clayton keep up ur awesome work. We felt your awesomeness right through your protective mask. Thank you We felt like royalties for sure.
This marks my fifth time ordering from them yoob such awesome service and got always get my stuff in less than 3 working days. Keep it up
Hi.We got fooled by Judy Galaxy Memorial & Tombstones .Shirley Lekhuleni started paying on on Oct.2018 and finished 18/4/2019 for the sum of R17300 + R550 cemetery fees.I Les Davids payed up on the 5/6/2019 R5800 for my son.We expected them as they promised to be ready by our date 9/8/2019 but nothing happened. On 12/8 I called and then whatsupped her & she Judy promised again.On 23/8 she said check on Tuesday 27/8 nothing.She made up a lot of stories and she eventually send her husband Ernest whom I met at the cemetery on Feb/19/2020.He made promises but still nothing. Then during level 5 lockdown we went to the Consumer Goods &Services Ombud in Randburg Surrey Avenue. It went the same until Lockdown level 3 She promised the CGSO that they are busy and will send the pictures and as you see in pic that's all they did cause I went there lots of times to check The cemetery janitor even knows me well.Even the CGSO gave up hence they send that email.They forwarded us a form for Complaints and Querries but I cannot write on it and don't have a printer. So up to this day nothing from them .All we need is our monies back.These guys reputation and services are poor,especially where loved ones are concerned.
Im nit getting any joy from your service Im not receiving any messages as to where my oarcel is as requested Its been over a week now Im not happy
Ordered earphones about a week ago and im not recieving any joy from them. They keep saying my order is coming yet till todate there is nothing Now I check how far it is on their website and it says they could not get hold of me... What rubbish. They have my cell phone number and ****** address no one contacted me in regards to delivery. I sent an email twice with no response from them n even tried their numer which does not go through Im not happy at all.
