The 2 stars are only for my starter. The rest of the meal, including our drinks, the service were below par. The battered fish and chips was a disaster. The pizza was dry. We sat through our main without being offered cutlery or condiments. Not worth the hefty bill. #BlackFriday

They have a great service and there customer come 1st I can go there at anytime I love even there food 🍲 best restaurant

I went to the restaurant yesterday with my workmates. We order our drinks and main meals as well as 2 pizzas take away. We ate got done our Secretary come pay the bill and left. Then the waiter appeared to have forgot to put our pizzas order thru. He apologizes and said it will be ready in 10mins. We waiting 20mins then our pizzas came with another. Bheki who was our waitor had gone home and the pizzas which waited for 20mins was not included in the bill. The told us if its not in the bill you mot getting the pizzas as if it was our fault. The situation was embarrassing and someone must take responsibility. My kids couldn't get pizza for their favourite spot

Was there (The Rock Restaurant - William Nicol Dr & Leslie Ave, Magaliessig, Sandton, 2191, South Africato) celebrate my dads birthday with family on the 09th of Jan 2021 and wow the service was 5 star. Our waiter Clayton was so polite and helpful. Even the Manager came to check on us. I say 5star bcuz the treatment we received was on point... Sanitized our table, we recieved warm towels n not wet wipes... It was our first time coming there and after such awesomeness we definitely coming back and the food wow. Definitely delicious. Clayton keep up ur awesome work. We felt your awesomeness right through your protective mask. Thank you We felt like royalties for sure.

Bad experience. Feeling completely ripped off There is a Non Alcoholic sparkling wine on menu for R150. Out of stock, to then be presented with Zero Alcohol Van Loveren wine, that I excepted. When the bill came I am charged R225. I questioned the price and was told the Manager said the price is correct. The Jalapeno Burger also went back to kitchen as it was under cooked, to be returned without the Jalapeno poppers. Needless to say I wont be returning.
