Dad service
I went to the restaurant yesterday with my workmates. We order our drinks and main meals as well as 2 pizzas take away. We ate got done our Secretary come pay the bill and left. Then the waiter appeared to have forgot to put our pizzas order thru. He apologizes and said it will be ready in 10mins. We waiting 20mins then our pizzas came with another. Bheki who was our waitor had gone home and the pizzas which waited for 20mins was not included in the bill. The told us if its not in the bill you mot getting the pizzas as if it was our fault. The situation was embarrassing and someone must take responsibility. My kids couldn't get pizza for their favourite spot

Horrible service
I bought a via computicket and when l got to check in they told l wasn't booked but l had a ticket in my hands and l asked to call computicket they said they can't do that, l had to use money l had for my cab in Johannesburg to buy airtime to see what's wrong with my flight. I don't how l am going to commute home from or tambo international. And after l failed to reach computicket l went to the counter again and for them to just say its fine your ticket is fine, horrible customer care

excellent customer service
I bought a man suite which was a bit bigger in Knysna and l managed to get it changed in cape town to the right size, the managers from both shops where very helpful

Exploiting it's customers
I purchased airtime via ewallet , the first was R30 l sent to a friend, he only received R23, and l purchased myself for R15 and l receive R13 , and on my wallet R1.50 x 2 service charge was deducted from my account. I then tried to call the customer service and all the R13 was gone nobody answering. This is so draining

Fnb or Mtn exploiting it's customers

Markham is overrated
I bought a suit a jacket and trouser in knysna Markham they where about to close and day after put on the trousers it was stitched so bad between the legs and the jacket was bigger, so today l went to return it in cape town for the normal size on the jacket and a trouser which is ok, they agreed to change trouser and the jacket they said the prize went up so l can't change it, so l have lost money just like that....
