I am getting constant calls from debt collectors regarding my telkom account I have a LTE account with Telkom for R688 and the account is paid by the latest 25th of each month. My invoice received shows I am up to date and not in arrears. Not sure where the information is coming from. This is enough to make me not renew my contract. Very frustrating
I bought a product from Clicks at Cedar Square, when I got home I realised that it was the wrong size. I returned to Clicks two hours later to exchange, to be told by the Manager that they can not assist as I opened the box and the box is now damaged. I find this shocking.
This is the worst service I have ever received. I placed and paid for an order on the 27th of January. I have been following up every week to find out when the bed will be delivered. I was promised that I will get a callback and a possible delivery date given. Nothing confirmed. Not once has someone phoned me to give an update. A month later and another phone call from me and still no bed.
I settled my account and went to the store at Fourways Mall to close the account. I was notified that I should have gotten a settlement amount and that I short paid by R81.33 I paid in-store and was told to phone in two days to close the account. As promised I phoned to be told that I overpaid by R29 and the account can not be closed. I have to wait for the next statement and then request a New settlement amount and only then I will be able to close the account. Most frustrating as I am sure there will be extra costs and the process will start aal over again.
Shocking service. The electrician arrived at my house on Friday at 14h30 Could not give me a quote on sight and offered to do the work at a discounted price, without paperwork. I required a quote to get approval from my landlord to do the work. I was then told that Head Office can give me a quote on Monday as the offices close at 4 pm on a Friday. He obviously knew that I can not be with out power for the weekend. I told him to leave it and contacted AJE Electrical Saturday morning, where I got friendly and quick services with quote on sight.
Ordered two large pizza’s from the Dainfern branch on Monday the 5th April 2021 The most disgusting pizzas ever. Mexican Fiesta and Sweet chili chicken, thin Base. The base was tough and sticky. 3 pieces of chicken. Will never order again.
I get a call every month regarding payment. Account is not in arrears nor am I late with payment. I ask every month that they don't call me.Then I get constant messages with my available credit and offers to come and purchase on my account. I am settling and closing my account this month. This is harassment.
Bad experience. Feeling completely ripped off There is a Non Alcoholic sparkling wine on menu for R150. Out of stock, to then be presented with Zero Alcohol Van Loveren wine, that I excepted. When the bill came I am charged R225. I questioned the price and was told the Manager said the price is correct. The Jalapeno Burger also went back to kitchen as it was under cooked, to be returned without the Jalapeno poppers. Needless to say I wont be returning.
