Arranged a time for 15:30. Never arrived, phoned them to find out what the story is and the electrician says ‘sorry I forgot’. Phoned head office to complain and they had a million excuses and could not be less interested. I will happily take my money elsewhere. Don’t use this business, they are not interested in customer service.

We called an electrician for a misfunctioning board switch. Electrician arrived, told us our board need to be replaced and requested R 18K to do the work explaining it's urgent as our house can burn. We told him we would like a second advise, he then insisted for us to pay the call fee of R 700.. (website is mentioning no call fees). A second electrician (not from this website) came a few hours later. Our issue was actually connection issue on a light, which was repaired in 10 minutes and costed us R 300. I contacted the website to ask for an explanation. They promised to call me back but instead they just blocked my phone number and never called back.

Shocking service. The electrician arrived at my house on Friday at 14h30 Could not give me a quote on sight and offered to do the work at a discounted price, without paperwork. I required a quote to get approval from my landlord to do the work. I was then told that Head Office can give me a quote on Monday as the offices close at 4 pm on a Friday. He obviously knew that I can not be with out power for the weekend. I told him to leave it and contacted AJE Electrical Saturday morning, where I got friendly and quick services with quote on sight.

247electrician.co.za is the website I called for an electrical issue, they sent out an electrician called Riaan who fixed a blown earth leakage and some breakers, it worked for few days then the power cut and wouldnt come back on so I called the same electrician back. Riaan came out again, inspected and said that the whole Mainboard needed to be replaced at a cost of R13k which made me highly suspicious as we had just changed the earth leakage and breakers. I called out an independant electrician who found that the wires into the mains had been cut and pushed back in so that it would not connect properly! The whole main board was fine and did not need to be changed so this was an attempt to defraud me which luckily I picked up. The online site was informed and I provided a irrefutable proof in the form of reports and pictures as well but they took no action and said they actually send out electrician from other companies and that they simply market the service. They avoided my mulitple requests to take action. Please be careful with online websites that offer services but outsource the work, make sure you ask an online site who they are sending out and from which company so that you can check them out on Hello Peter and avoid being ripped off by unscrupulous companies.
