Good day I booked for holiday for ten days this was prior to lockdown, and paid deposit, when December came the President informed the country that COVID-19 is at its high n beaches n other entertainment areas will be closed so we informed the owner Merliyn about this and told her that we are traveling with kids and it’s risky taking into account the fact that Durban is now labeled a hot spot, we don’t want to risk with our lives n that of the kids. They moved our booking to January 2021, this was done on 15 December 2020, on 28 December the country went to level 3 lock down and I then again informed them that due to the lockdown and the increasing cases we still don’t see how we can seriously risk with the lives of our kids. The owner said we are COVID compliant and told her how does that have to do with risking our lives. Cause the reasons we wanted to go there are all closed n the place is a hot spot. She didn’t want to refund our money n said it’s policy. The lodge cares about policy over the lives of people. And that owner is a rude person.
Good day Hellopeter, my name is Thabo Shilubana, I have a huge problem, I submitted an application form for Level 4GB and Level 3CE upgrade at CIDB in Pretoria. The application was initially submitted in August 2019 and it was deemed non-compliant. When we followed up we were told that: Bank statements are not stamped, Financials do not have a face of the Accountant information, payment certificates are not signed. This was all true indeed. We then went and gathered all the missing information and re-submitted on the 26 June 2020 and 29 June 2020 to CIDB in Pretoria. The following information was submitted: 1. Annual Financial Statements done by TES Consulting and Financial Services 2020 which have the accountants letterhead and signed 2. Bank statements which are stamped by the bank(from 01 March 2019 to June 2020) 3. Practical completion certificates for all projects which were signed 4. Appointment letters for all projects which were signed 5. Scope of work letters from LDM Consulting and LTE Consulting for all projects we did 6. Tax PIN(Tax Clearance Certificate) 7. ID Copy of the company director 8. CK documents for the company 9. Share Certificate for the company All of the above were submitted in June 2020 on the 26th and 29th and we have the CIDB slips as proof of submission. It take 21 working days for CIDB to give a result for the gradings you apply for, we were happy with one grading which we applied for Level 3CE, however we then were disappointed by CIDB on the other grading(Level 4GB). When we follow up we told we did not again submit the same information that they initially said was missing. We then submitted a letter of Objection and sent it to an email that was given to us by CIDB, to a Mr. Sipho Zwane he is the one who handles objections. When I called Mr. Zwane he told me that we at CIDB made a mistake and calculated the grading wrong, we will fix it, this was on 06 August 2020, to date they have not fixed the problem and we are not granted the correct Grading level 4GB. Yesterday I called him and asked what is going on, he told me I don't understand why internally they still have not fixed the problem. The name of the company that we doing the Gradings for is Spoil-Us Trading and Projects and the reference number that is used at CIDB is CRS10064510, I asked him if CIDB is saying nothing is correct how did they upgrade the company to Level 3CE. it is very clear that CIDB is using the files to assess the company, because he is still telling us that no there is same information missing as initially. If that was the case they were not going to upgrade us to level 3CE, because you need financials to be compliant to upgrade to level 3CE and Level 4GB. When I ask when will this be resolved Mr. Zwane tells me another 21 working days, this is not fair because already its way pass the deadline that CIDB is suppose to action applications. We need intervention fast please.
I had a very very heinous experience with this tombstone stone company I would never recommend it to anyone they take your money and then never do the job they are very unprofessional and inefficient and that woman who is the ****** boss never answers her cellphone she steals people's hard earned money, God has a day for people like you If you think you are smart think again nothing you do will ever come right believe me right down to your kids and your whole family you will suffer till kingdom come
Good day I paid for my grandparents tombstone to be rewritten in November 2016 and this year in February I kept going to the head office in Jhb to enquire when they will do the job cause I don't owe them anything I paid in full and they kept giving me the run around and then I contacted the boss and it was the same thing she then said I must give them the message to be written on the tombstone which I did in July but to date no service has been provided by those people and now I told them I want my money back I even opened a case against them of fraud but still they have not refunded my money and when I call they either don't answer or they rude and say we will pay you
