Very Disappointed and Costly Mistakes

I’ve had two very disappointing experiences at this salon. On both occasions, they failed to color my hair correctly, leaving it patchy, uneven and causing unnecessary hair damage. I had to incur additional costs at another salon to fix their mistakes, which was both frustrating and avoidable.

I expected more professionalism and expertise. Unfortunately, you don't always get the same stylist, forcing you to entrust your hair to someone new each time.

I will not be returning to this salon and cannot recommend it.
