I am deeply troubled by the recent experience my mother had at your mall. She took my children for a day out, which included shopping and lunch. When she tried to take them to the “entertainment” level, she was informed by your security that trolleys were not permitted. As a result, she had to empty two trolleys and manage the children separately. Afterward, she had to retrieve a trolley for her groceries and carry them to the car.
This situation is particularly disappointing given that seniors should be accommodated with greater consideration. It seems that the challenges of managing young children are not fully appreciated. Our community supported your mall during challenging times (Looting), and this experience feels like a significant disregard for that support.
Additionally, I attempted to discuss this matter further with your staff. Unfortunately, during this call, the representative named Mandisa neglected to address my concerns and even laughed during the call as she forgot I was on hold
I will be sharing this experience on social media to highlight the need for improvement in your customer service. I hope this feedback prompts necessary changes to better serve your patrons in the future.
