If there was an option to put in 0 stars I would, this is a money making scheme they rush you and put you on a rewards program and then do not take calls nor do they assist you on the app or WhatsApp to cancel policy they want R150 monthly for vouchers but cannot give you anything in return. Absolutely outrageous that NuMetro Galleria let's these **** artist con by passers with ********* policies. Disgusted by the service of Clientele. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING FROM THEM! They are ****s and *******!

I am deeply troubled by the recent experience my mother had at your mall. She took my children for a day out, which included shopping and lunch. When she tried to take them to the “entertainment” level, she was informed by your security that trolleys were not permitted. As a result, she had to empty two trolleys and manage the children separately. Afterward, she had to retrieve a trolley for her groceries and carry them to the car. This situation is particularly disappointing given that seniors should be accommodated with greater consideration. It seems that the challenges of managing young children are not fully appreciated. Our community supported your mall during challenging times (Looting), and this experience feels like a significant disregard for that support. Additionally, I attempted to discuss this matter further with your staff. Unfortunately, during this call, the representative named Mandisa neglected to address my concerns and even laughed during the call as she forgot I was on hold I will be sharing this experience on social media to highlight the need for improvement in your customer service. I hope this feedback prompts necessary changes to better serve your patrons in the future.

Yesterday's visit to Rocomamas at Galleria mall was fantastic! Everything exceeded our expectations. The waiter who attended to us was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, making it a truly delightful experience.

Their kitchen staff are so nasty evrn if you are asking for some info thry arenot customer friendly its as if you are nagging them and i have experience that several times On top of that their chicken is always raw inside,as it is i bought whole chicken when i was dishing up i realised it was raw inside i had to put it in my oven,i will never buy their chicken i will publicise their behavior in all social networks

I went to have soft gel tips done on the 4th April. The service I received was perfect. Here is the problem, it's the quality. On the weekend of 15th right hand middle finger was almost out, it was loose like a loose tooth. Last week I think on the18/19 April they replaced it. Thursday the 20th right hand pointing finger soft tip gel cameout, sadly I couldn't go back to have it fixed as I had to be in Johanesburg.. Today left hand middle finger soft tip I just saw it floating as I was bathing. I am beyond disappointed, after paying over R500 but the nails don't last even 20 days. My number 0733615710

I was not happy about the treatment I got from Nandos at Galleria Mall. On the 18th of January 2023 I visited Nandos at Galleria Mall Amanzimtoti I ordered the food and the waitress by the name of Nomthandazo was so rude to me.when I went to the table to wait for my order the table was not cleaned I went to her to tell her that the table is dirty.She didn't come to clean I then went to her for the second time she told me that i was supposed to ask her nicely I then said to her my understanding is that the table is being cleaned before the next customer can sit.I then phoned Nandos customer service to report the incident.Because I was frustrated about the attitude she gave me I accidentally put my phone in the sofa after I finished eating I left. After 5minutes I realized that my phone is missing I then went back to report.I was not happy about the way the matter was handled.I was told they did not see my phone the matter was taken lightly. They did not even tell me what they are going to do .I was expecting them to ask the Manager to check the footage for me and give me a feedback after ensuring that the phone was not taken by their staff member.i then went to the police to report the matter. Then I went to Vodacom at Galleria Mall the consultant told me that iam a 3rd person to report the incident.It made me think that this is a usual thing and I feel that this need to be investigated and stopped if the staff member is involved.My CHK number was 489 time of order was 14h13. Up until today the customer care has not phoned me regarding the attitude of their staff.They did not even take my number to give me feedback regarding my lost phone.As a customer I was not happy because of the attitude I got on top of that I ended up loosing my phone inside their restaurant. Please help me so that I will know exactly what happened on that day .Iam not saying the staff took my phone but as a customer I need to be satisfied what happened on that day. This needs to be prevented as we cannot feel unsafe to visit the food outlet loose our important items and nothing is done please assist me iam currently using this new number 0655475660 Regards Hloni

I had purchased 6 x packs of meat from Checkers galleria and was disgusted at how terrible the meat was. The packs had so much of offcuts and thr meats hadgreen moulds like stick to th outer fat.I always use to tell everyone that I prefer to buy my meat from checkers but now i will not.i had even taken a picture of one of the pieces of meat. If you going to drop your prices on meat ,please can i ask you to consider your customers and not sell meat like this..
