Absolutely useless service at FNB Chatsworth no order with online banking the individual working today does not help people who are waiting in line instead let's people who waltz in to just do as they please we are sitting like idiots waiting for assistance as he assists customers that come in after us how is this fair. If there was an option to put in 0 stars I would, this is a money making scheme they rush you and put you on a rewards program and then do not take calls nor do they assist you on the app or WhatsApp to cancel policy they want R150 monthly for vouchers but cannot give you anything in return. Subject: Frustration with Promotion Claim Process If I could put in 0 stars, I would. I am extremely frustrated with the promotion currently running for the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Fit 3 watch that is supposed to come with the purchase of any A55 or A35 cellphone. I purchased two phones within the promotional timeframe and completed the registration process, but for some reason, I keep being asked for information I have already provided. I have sent the required documentation three times, yet nothing has changed. I also tried contacting the Samsung promotions number listed in your emails, but after an hour on the phone, I am still left without a resolution. This experience has been absolutely outrageous and disgusting, and I am shocked by how misleading a "BIG" brand like Samsung can be. Why offer a promotion if you do not intend to fulfill the requirements? I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing a new phone with Samsung promotions, as they seem unable to uphold their end of the deal.
Went to clicks in joyhurst wanted a salton 4 in 1 styler and requested it from staff was informed by employee that the manager Keshnee says that the product is discontinued. Absolutely nonsense no worry or care cause it's not their products misleading the public with false and incorrect information! Do better!
If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered from pick and pay for R234,97 and my delivery did not arrive for 2 hours I logged queries with no help from support whatsoever! My order was canceled after 2 hours and was credited R99.99 what happened to the rest of my money did you pocket it?
