I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Sanlam’s conduct. On 16 January 2026, I phoned Sanlam to request that my number be removed from their system. I have spoken to multiple consultants, all of whom I asked repeatedly to stop the calls. Despite this, I continue to receive an insane number of calls — between 30 and 40 calls per day. One consultant assured me that a note would be placed on the system and that the calls would stop. This was not true. Even after that promise, I received another 20 calls in the same day. The situation became so unbearable that I had to block Sanlam’s numbers, yet the calls still continued from other numbers. This behaviour amounts to harassment. It shows a complete disregard for customer requests and personal boundaries. No customer should have to beg repeatedly to be left alone. I have now decided to stop all ongoing business with Sanlam due to this unacceptable conduct. I have also advised that I will take this matter further, including on public platforms, because private attempts to resolve it have clearly failed. I would strongly caution others before engaging with a company that ignores clear requests and overwhelms people with relentless calls.
I had a contract with Cell C in 2017 and I have ended the contract by paying the full amount and the last debit order went off. okay fast forward till November 2024. I went on Kudough to check my credit score and to my Suprise I had a bad name. because of Cell C okay fine, I have debt I phone them requested the amount and bank details. I made payment on the 25 November 2024 and send an email to request a paid-up letter after numerus emails and phone calls I still have not receive any response back from them.
Yesterday's visit to Rocomamas at Galleria mall was fantastic! Everything exceeded our expectations. The waiter who attended to us was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, making it a truly delightful experience.
Never Ever buy at Game online in January I bought a new laptop from game online. As I live in a small town and there is no game near me. The nearest game is 150 km way from me. On August the laptop just decided to stop working. After emails and phonecalls they came and collect the laptop. On the 23 of August I received an sms that i can collect the laptop.after phone calls and emails again they will send itBut yesterday I get a phone call the laptop is still at the supplier and they can not fix the laptop because it has an internal Crack. They cant tell me where the crack is and how did it get there. Nobody can tell me were and how. After phone calls again they are sorry. But they are waiting for the laptop to come back to the store. And then they will tell ne they are going to take my complaint to the complain department. If that is going to help me
