I write this email with so much worry and disappointment. I understand that you're saying you experiencing high volume of orders, however people who ordered after me at my work place are receiving their orders. Having said that, your help line nobody picks up for an hour yesterday someone picked up and never talked for 45 minutes. My kids need to go for holidays I am worried about their Christmas clothes not to mention if there is size issues, how will that be rectified. Stock is finished even at your physical shops. I was trying to make a booking for my family 5 adults two kids (8 and 13 years old) it was giving me an option of family chalet of which we want dinner bed an breakfast, it was given me an option if a 6 six sleeper chalet plus one extra room to accommodate an eight year old. I enquire with head office about this and ask for advice of what I should do since we can't have an one person sleeping in an extra room, I was told to book for 6 people then disclose that there is an 8 year old that is coming and will be on our chalet then send an email. Well online booking never worked so I had to call the office I spoke to Charlene the manager, she told me that I must book an extra room to accommodate an eight year old, she never even take into account that all we want is to stay together as a family. I am not running away from paying for that child but we cannot have an outside room for an eight year old, we want to stay together in one home as a family. She didn't even entertain my explanation she just said we need an extra room, said she is confirming with her dm which I am pretty sure she never because I was in hold for maybe 30seconds, there's no way she explained all this in 30seconds
I lodged a claim with claim number 2594990 beginning of may. I have been receiving correspondence from different agent, asking me about the phone, simcard, and box etc. I could'nt locate the box when they were asking me. Just this afternoon as I was looking for one book as I am writing exams, I found the box. I have emailed it through. I am very disatisfied with the pathetic service from telkom device insurance, it has been a month, and their communication is so lousy. I further this afternoon received sms saying claim under review with insurance, around the same time an email received with subject claim declined for review. The time my phone got missing I lost my sister thereafter my aunt died, in the midst of all that I am writing my examination, I have no time to keep running behind the isnurance hence I have not been constantly sending follow up emails nor calling.

I went to have soft gel tips done on the 4th April. The service I received was perfect. Here is the problem, it's the quality. On the weekend of 15th right hand middle finger was almost out, it was loose like a loose tooth. Last week I think on the18/19 April they replaced it. Thursday the 20th right hand pointing finger soft tip gel cameout, sadly I couldn't go back to have it fixed as I had to be in Johanesburg.. I ordered something and it was to be delivered by Aramex on the 13the June. On the 22nd June someone from Aramex called me asking me if i have received my order, I told them I am still waiting, that person seemed surprised. From the 24the I have been calling Aramex, to be told that the parcel is not missing it is not in their warehouse. The matter was escalated with someone going to call me, but nobody will call. I will have to keep calling them, the latest since last week, they are waiting for Johanesburg to see if they cannot locate the parcel on their side. I paid a whole 2k for my parcel to be missing. What is confusing is that someone called me to check if I have received it. I was to use that parcel on the 16 and again 26 June, but didnt, i had to spend extra money.
