Worse experience
Worse experience ever I booked there for sleep and breakfast included the next morning when I walked in to the restaurant I was told that I needed to pay for breakfast I was so disappointed as I was told that I have been booked for breakfast as well, I the wrote to them attached the proof that breakfast was included they apologised promised to refund breakfast money that I didn't eat that was on the 23rd February I since have been waiting no one is responding to my emails now just to give me a turn around time for refund...well this is Not about money...about services and principles.

Terrible and poor quality hot chocolate and Chai Latte
ANEW HOTEL IN WELTEVREDEN ROODEPOORT JOHANNESBURG SERVED THE WORST CHAI LATTE AND HOT CHOCOLATE. We ar told it is the hot drinks machine that produces cold and terrible taste of hit drinks. Management must listen to customers and provide proper products

Worse food
Food is nonsense, they recycle food cooked on Monday till rest of the week. I went there with work function for project management training the worst and fill the water with tap water worse with recycled bottles.

ANEW HOTEL ZINKWAZI BEACH BAD SERVICE
Terrible Experience – Do Not Book! I was extremely disappointed with my stay at ANEW Hotel Zinkwazi Beach. The place is completely understaffed – one poor receptionist was juggling seven guests at once (though she still managed to smile, which was the only positive). There is no network connectivity, making it very frustrating to stay connected. The stairs from the rooms to the dining area are long, steep, and dangerously slippery, making it feel unsafe and as though you’re “begging” for food just to get to the restaurant. To make matters worse, there were no keys provided for the room, which left me feeling very insecure. The air-conditioning did not work, and the TV that was supposed to be in the bedroom wasn’t there. This hotel does not live up to expectations at all. It’s unsafe, poorly managed, and lacking in basic services. Don’t waste your money booking here – I am truly disappointed.
