Terrible Experience – Do Not Book! I was extremely disappointed with my stay at ANEW Hotel Zinkwazi Beach. The place is completely understaffed – one poor receptionist was juggling seven guests at once (though she still managed to smile, which was the only positive). There is no network connectivity, making it very frustrating to stay connected. The stairs from the rooms to the dining area are long, steep, and dangerously slippery, making it feel unsafe and as though you’re “begging” for food just to get to the restaurant. To make matters worse, there were no keys provided for the room, which left me feeling very insecure. The air-conditioning did not work, and the TV that was supposed to be in the bedroom wasn’t there. This hotel does not live up to expectations at all. It’s unsafe, poorly managed, and lacking in basic services. Don’t waste your money booking here – I am truly disappointed.

This is the worst hotel and please don't book it there are long stairs you have to walk for dinner and breakfast rooms have no internet access, not to mention the receptionist and staff they don't even care about their guests. I've never been so disguisted

During a recent visit, I witnessed and experienced multiple instances of neglect and unprofessional behavior, including: Excessive noise and loud talking by nurses in the passages, disturbing patients. Nurses shouting at us when we requested help for an elderly lady who had fallen from her bed. A patient left with soiled sheets for over three days with no effort to change them. This lack of compassion and basic care is unacceptable in any healthcare setting — even more so in a private facility like yours. Frankly, the treatment I saw was worse than what one might expect from an overstretched public hospital. I urge you to seriously re-evaluate the customer care training and accountability systems in place for your nursing staff. We expect better from Netcare. Please take this complaint seriously and address these concerns urgently.
I veleive Venns Attorneys have some connections with the Courts I was listed under judgement by them without even try to consult me, according to the laws of this land and my knowledge you can't list a person under judgement without serving summons to them on top of that when I saw I was listed immediately I contacted them to get a copy of the judgement but it's been 6 months now. I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed of this hospital the paeditrician ward is worse and it's like a public hospital with old blankets and uncomfortable chairs including the staff that doesn't even understand customer care. I can't let my daughter stay in such a disgusting hospital. I'm so disappointed at their toilet there was no soap to wash hands and you had their bells are not working so the patient has to call loud to be assisted
I did a sim swap 3 times now in the past 2 weeks for my number and these people are so *********** I had this number for the past 20 years now I can't receive sms or calls but I'm able to call its now the 3rd Sim card
