Worse experience ever I booked there for sleep and breakfast included the next morning when I walked in to the restaurant I was told that I needed to pay for breakfast I was so disappointed as I was told that I have been booked for breakfast as well, I the wrote to them attached the proof that breakfast was included they apologised promised to refund breakfast money that I didn't eat that was on the 23rd February I since have been waiting no one is responding to my emails now just to give me a turn around time for refund...well this is Not about money...about services and principles.
WOW! Is all I can say for now ...what a service from a Lady by the name of Zamo she is such an amazing individual I wish you all the best , 10/10 I was struggling for over 2 weeks but you resolved it in less than 2 min ...Thank you very Zamo (in Zulu we say ukwenze nakwabanye) it is so amazing that the call centre still provide such an excellent service.
A very well done to Zamo she helped me and her service was outstanding I really appreciate it my problem was solved in a short space of time keep it up Zome we need more people like you in the customer service sector .

A big thank you to Zamo. I have been having a problem with my connection and I was struggling with making payments. Zamo was very patient with me she's a Star I wish I was helped by her initially as she managed to help me and make life easier...Thank you very much Zamo.

I dont even know where to start I'm nor sure whether is customer service or is poor management infact both we bought Lounge suite & kitchen scheme 9 months ago witch was supposed to be replace as there was some damaged items that were delivered to us. We have be going to the branch and guess what No one is willing to assist even the store manager when I call the store manager is always busy can't take my calls, sad part is she acknowledged that day one as to say the product we received are damaged they will be replaced in a week or so even today... When I speak to the store consultant I'm being advised to call head office... I hope someone sees these and respond because I'm paying every month yet I'm not getting service from the store, I feel like I'm not treated like a customer is closed to a year now!!
Worse business I have ever come across in my life, ATM are always not working their disposing system is always down you to the bank all to be coming back with money you wanted to deposit, their App is always down you can't do payments which means there is no sense of urgency with this organization... We understand the loadshadding situation which we can't run away from that but when that takes place capitec ATM are down even after the loadshadding is over it will take an hour for their systems to come back online.... This is the worse organization I have ever seen not treating us like clients... I WONDER WHY OUR AFRICAN PEOPLE STILL USES THAT BANK it is so painful to see them in those long queues waiting for the system to work because they want their cash....you can not be going to an ATM 3 times a day and to still find out is still doing the same thing it only works 3 hours a day on a very busy day especially Month ends... I can't mention the grants days it becomes worse days ever with those Capitec stupid ATM.
