On the 18th of January 2023 I visited Nandos at Galleria Mall Amanzimtoti I ordered the food and the waitress by the name of Nomthandazo was so rude to me.when I went to the table to wait for my order the table was not cleaned I went to her to tell her that the table is dirty.She didn't come to clean I then went to her for the second time she told me that i was supposed to ask her nicely I then said to her my understanding is that the table is being cleaned before the next customer can sit.I then phoned Nandos customer service to report the incident.Because I was frustrated about the attitude she gave me I accidentally put my phone in the sofa after I finished eating I left. After 5minutes I realized that my phone is missing I then went back to report.I was not happy about the way the matter was handled.I was told they did not see my phone the matter was taken lightly. They did not even tell me what they are going to do .I was expecting them to ask the Manager to check the footage for me and give me a feedback after ensuring that the phone was not taken by their staff member.i then went to the police to report the matter. Then I went to Vodacom at Galleria Mall the consultant told me that iam a 3rd person to report the incident.It made me think that this is a usual thing and I feel that this need to be investigated and stopped if the staff member is involved.My CHK number was 489 time of order was 14h13. Up until today the customer care has not phoned me regarding the attitude of their staff.They did not even take my number to give me feedback regarding my lost phone.As a customer I was not happy because of the attitude I got on top of that I ended up loosing my phone inside their restaurant. Please help me so that I will know exactly what happened on that day .Iam not saying the staff took my phone but as a customer I need to be satisfied what happened on that day.
