I received confirmation for Outsurance that Galliga Auto had received authorisation to repair my vehicle on the 11th March. I heard nothing from them for a week and so I contacted Outsurance on the 18th March for a contact and called Galliga on the 18th March when I received the contact details from Outsurance. Helen at Galliga apologised for not getting back to me and promised that the workshop man John would call me. On the 19th I called again and was told that John is off sick and they would get him to call me when he is back. Today, the 20th March I called again and she said he was in a meeting and would call me when he came out. Like a ***ard, he got some lady in the office to call me and she said she can make a booking for the 22 April. That is in 1 months time. Her excuse was that they had a buyout of the company and were trying to play catchup with all the files. UNACCEPTABLE, Why not tell me the truth when I first called. I think is is not all truthful.
