Bunch of Scammers

Bunch of scammers. I placed an order with takealot. I received a text stating i should click on a link to pay for my takealot delivery which i did. When the payment went through i see gamegenius.club as a reference for the payment. So i went online and started chatting with them. I explained what had happened and they said i had no account with them. Later they said i did. And they refused to refund me. Even though i sent tgem proof of screenshots as to what i was paying for.
