Potential **** and ********* Practices
I recently had a frustrating experience with GameGenius.club, and I believe their service is an internet ****. While I was downloading an app for my new health monitor, a webpage popped up requesting a payment of 1 euro. Believing this was the app fee, I entered my credit card details, unintentionally subscribing to their service. Realizing this mistake immediately, I contacted their support team to cancel and request a refund. While they initially acknowledged my cancellation request, they attempted to withdraw a "cancellation fee" from my account, which I had fortunately already blocked. Their subsequent response raised even more serious concerns. I was told that to receive a refund, I needed to leave a five-star review on Trustpilot, specifically mentioning an employee ("Phoebe contacted me"). This demand felt ********* and coercive—refunds should never be contingent upon leaving positive feedback, especially when the service itself was unsatisfactory. Despite my follow-ups, I have yet to receive a refund or any meaningful resolution. Their lack of transparency, accountability, and manipulative practices make me deeply question the legitimacy of this company. For anyone considering GameGenius.club, I strongly urge caution. If you’ve had a similar experience, I recommend reporting it to relevant consumer protection organizations such as the European Consumer Centre (ECC), FTC Report ***** (US), or Action ***** (UK).

Bunch of Scammers
Bunch of scammers. I placed an order with takealot. I received a text stating i should click on a link to pay for my takealot delivery which i did. When the payment went through i see gamegenius.club as a reference for the payment. So i went online and started chatting with them. I explained what had happened and they said i had no account with them. Later they said i did. And they refused to refund me. Even though i sent tgem proof of screenshots as to what i was paying for.

Daylight robbery from gamegenius.club
A star is for me to write a review because they do not deserve a star. Iordered something online and waiting for delivery. Today i got a message that my package has arrived and i need to pay an outstanding amount of R34 for it to be delivered, the link was written international package service. After paying for that R34 i recieved an email stating that i subscribed to gamegenius.club and i will be charged monthly. I sent them an email and told them to cancel because i had no idea what it was. They canceled the account but deducted R120,30 from my account of which i told them to bring it back, and they haven't.
