The elite ones

Well to start my rating is actually minus 1 This is what has happened to me and I’d like to share my experience.

As an owner of an apple iPhone 8 Plus I am sure we all know that this phone is of high quality. So in order to protect my phone I purchased one of the (said to be high quality) body glove screen guard as well as an elite flip cover. Both these products were very expensive due to their so called “quality”.

Within the first week, my cover started losing the letters and the material it’s covered in started peeling. So much for elite hey ;)

Also the screen guard I have purchased is of such poor quality that it started chipping without me even dropping my phone.

So now after having this awful experience and losing a good amount of money I decided to contact the company itself to tell them about what poor quality there products are. In my email I specifically stated that I no longer have the flip case cover.A guy named Matthew contacted me, to resolve this matter , he also stated that I am the first complaining and that there products are never at fault. After him contacting me and offering out of his own, that he will give me a new cover and screen guard to make up for my disappointment in their products.

Matthew can not do his job properly because he fails to read and understand what is in my email. He then tells me it is all sorted out and I can fetch a new screen guard and flip case cover from the mall I agreed would be a convenience for me.

When sending my mum to retrieve this for me and letting Matthew know, they sent her away stating that from the beginning I’ve been told that I must bring back the cover to swop it out. This was an embarrassment!

This was a complete waste of my time, fuel and money !

Clearly Gammatek and the empoleeys do not know how to do their jobs and also take their customers to be a joke.

They are only good at giving you false hope and I’ll make sure that my opinion is heard!

So I advise everyone to not purchase from them, as they are only good for twisting your words and giving you false hope. Their products are of very poor quality.
