Well, I see a lot of negative reviews, but my experience has been very different. I recently started shooting again after a very long break from the hobby. Couldn't get what I wanted at a good price, and suddenly remembered that I bought 3 Gamo scopes from them in 2012 for my springers. All three scopes still holding up, was bought online and received promptly. On 24 September I visited the physical store at Panorama for the first time ever. Spent almost two hours there chatting, buying more than I intended to and I found them really friendly and helpful. Upon leaving, we discovered that the assistant never brought out my tin of pellets I added on late in the sale. They were out of stock, but Dion said he would courier it to me. Even after I said it was fine I would take another brand of similar price. I had a bit of a walk to see what other shops were there and just browsed shortly. While I was loading up my new toys into my car, I got a whatsapp with the waybill for courier guy already. All this trouble for one tin of pellets, at his cost. What other business would go that extra mile? I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely pop by again if I'm in the area.

Bad service Gamo Sa
Very bad service from GamoSa. Bought a new diopter sight from Dion . Did not receive sight as advertised, some parts missing . Still waiting for feedback from Dion already been 2 months . Will not recommend ordering from them online.

Bad service Gamo Sa
Very bad service from GamoSa. Bought a new diopter sight from Dion . Did not receive sight as advertised, some parts missing . Still waiting for feedback from Dion already been 2 months . Will not recommend ordering from them online.

These guys are really extrwmely efficient. Very very helpfull and the beat service i have experienced in a very long time. Well done Dion and Ugi. They were helpfull fast en product knowledge out of this world. Hats off guys. Well done

Terrible customer service
<p>My son wanted to buy a BB gun. He saved up his money the whole year for this item. I took him to panorama crossing flea market specially to buy his gun from what seemed to be a reputable store where I have purchased previously. He finally found what he wanted and a new one was given to the till from the back to pay for it. In the mean time I spoke to the lady regards other items. We paid and left. 2 hours later when we got home, he was all excited and opened the pa k only to realise it was the wrong BB gun. I immediately called the number on the slip to tell the lady that they gave us the incorrect item. She insisted that due to him opening the plastic wrapper we cannot swap it out. It was not even used and we were given the incorrect item. She plainly refused. Stealing from a child. you just broke all his trust. </p>

False Advertising & Poor Customer Service
I bought a REPLAY-10 MAXXIM IGT Swarm 5.5 from these guys back in July. The velocity was rated on the product page of their website as 286 m/s / 938 fps and when I received it I was quite disappointed to see that the actual velocity rating on the side of the product packaging is 220 m/s / 722 fps.. I have emailed them multiple times since to ask the actual velocity of another product I am interested in but they are ignoring my emails.

GamoSA refusing assistance over previous bad rating
Dion from gamosa.co.za is refusing to sell me another rifle after they got a bad rating from me over the last one I bought and had problems with. told me to remove my rating before I would be assisted. guess what - there is more than one supplier....
