POOR SERVICE

I made an online purchase from this company on the 18/12/2024. I did not bother to much as it was over festive season and they would most likely close. In January I started to inquire about my order and got no response with there email and nobody answers the phone. Beware of them as they are possibly ****ming customers. So unreal why there are still companies allowed to be doing this to innocent customers spending there hard earned cash on companies like this.
