My money been taken. Ordered an S volt battery and paid in January. Now no response from them. ........... Seen site has been taken down . Hope Hawk takes on the guys that gave good reviews on this company ..

Be cautious when considering ordering solar equipment from https://gaotechenergysolar.co.za/. Despite their website appearing legitimate with a listed address and landline (+27 12 743 6473), you will not receive your items after making a payment. An email (Inna Bezbocova Lytsa lytsaalkok@gmail.com and inna.d@gaotechenergysolar.co.za) from "Inna" will ask you to make an EFT. Once you comply, communication ceases entirely. Essentially, you end up losing your money and your order. I have filed a case with the SAPS, which the Hawks are investigating. Fingers crossed for a resolution.

Be careful of this company.
On the 18th of December 2024 I placed an order with this company. As it was over the festive season I did not bother much to find out about the order as they would probably be closed. In January I began sending e mails getting no response from them. The telephone number on the web site and the only one listed keeps on ringing without answer. Please becareful if ordering from this company as you may get a nasty surprise as I did.

Be careful of this company.
On the 18th of December 2024 I placed an order with this company. As it was over the festive season I did not bother much to find out about the order as they would probably be closed. In January I began sending e mails getting no response from them. The telephone number on the web site and the only one listed keeps on ringing without answer. Please becareful if ordering from this company as you may get a nasty surprise as I did.

Please use them, if you have money to waste. These guys knows very well how to take your money, and then wash their hands in innocence when you lose your money, and received no items. you use the online phone number, which no one answers, the address doesn't work. email address works but when you get a quote or pro forma, they give you one with no banking details, and when you use the website email address someone else emails you, with banking details. however the banking details changes with each quote, and after payment, they wash their hands and say it's a phishing email. be VERY VERY VERY careful of this company. I will be reporting them at other sites as well

I made an online purchase from this company on the 18/12/2024. I did not bother to much as it was over festive season and they would most likely close. In January I started to inquire about my order and got no response with there email and nobody answers the phone. Beware of them as they are possibly ****ming customers. So unreal why there are still companies allowed to be doing this to innocent customers spending there hard earned cash on companies like this.
