Be cautious when considering ordering solar equipment from https://gaotechenergysolar.co.za/. Despite their website appearing legitimate with a listed address and landline (+27 12 743 6473), you will not receive your items after making a payment. An email (Inna Bezbocova Lytsa lytsaalkok@gmail.com and inna.d@gaotechenergysolar.co.za) from "Inna" will ask you to make an EFT. Once you comply, communication ceases entirely. Essentially, you end up losing your money and your order. I have filed a case with the SAPS, which the Hawks are investigating. Fingers crossed for a resolution.

Never recieved my goods and they dont want to refund
Never received my goods and they wont refund because it is beyond 30 days from order. The funny thing is it always takes 4-6 months for deliveries so there is no reason to complain in the first 30 days. It is just an excuse to steal you money
