On 17 Jan 2025 I send claim form plus all docs needed to claim money after I had to partly-pay for daughter's treatment for removing of her wisdom teeth to stratum. I enquiry regularly with them and my agent, Gideon. On the 28th Jan 2025 they said the claim is now at the assesing department/stage. On the 31 Jan I received another e-mail stating that they did not receive any claims for 2025 from me. So how is it possible? When phoning them, they can't hear you on there side. 2025, just an excuse. I'm struggling and for me as single parent R4340 is alot of money. Shall be glad if you can assit me please.
