Garage Door King - Appalling attitude and service

I had a door installed in July. By the beginning of September the door started falling off the rail I contacted Angee at Garage Door King who said she would send someone. This never happened After 2 months of trying to get hold of her ( she answers the phone intermittently otherwise cuts off the call) I finally got hold of her today (10 November) she gave me her guarantee that they would fix it today. When I contacted her again, she got back to me to say her staff have gone home. Sorry…. She also has a shocking attitude when questioned on their service
