Fastway does not give you the option of rescheduling the delivery. You have to wait the entire day for the delivery, and there is no way of contacting them as they have implemented a USELESS WhatsApp line that does not help in any way at all. The voice message on the landline saya "We are here to help". Well... no you are not. You do not help at all!
This company is a logistics company and know nothing about basic route planning. So, as a customer you have to be a prisoner waiting the entire day for your parcel. The call centre have no idea which driver has your parcel so cannot get information on your delivery. If you miss them the nightmare to get them to come back is dreadful. I would no recommend this company. There are many excellent courier companies around
I had a booking for 8:30am. When the Sweepstar had not arrived by then, I went to the app to get his details, and saw a message that said "running late". I tried to call and sent a message to him as I needed to get to a meeting. No response! I cancelled the appointment and within a few hours I was charged a cancellation fee. I contacted Sweepsouth to ask why, and they apologised and said this will be reversed. THIS WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. I contact them on a semi regular basis to ask when I'll get my refund and get every excuse in the book. The service from the admin team is diabolical!!! Based on this, I will not use this company again
After getting a new decoder, all my linked products are no longer linked. I have a Premium Account and in order to get Showmax linked, I have to create a new email address as I'm told I cannot use the existing one. Who on earth operates like that, and when I asked the call centre agent, she just hung up on me. Is DSTV going to refund part of my subscription sine I don't have access to what I am paying for. Worst interaction, worst call centre agents as they can only work off a script!!!!!!!
I had a door installed in July. By the beginning of September the door started falling off the rail I contacted Angee at Garage Door King who said she would send someone. This never happened After 2 months of trying to get hold of her ( she answers the phone intermittently otherwise cuts off the call) I finally got hold of her today (10 November) she gave me her guarantee that they would fix it today. When I contacted her again, she got back to me to say her staff have gone home. Sorry…. She also has a shocking attitude when questioned on their service Do not use this company!!!!!
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!! This must me the most corrupt dishonest company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They advertise clothing as in stock but they don’t keep stock locally I requested a refund since they could not source the item I ordered and have been waiting over a month for my money The excuses are endless when they do decide to respond They have no phone number or physical address listed so you can only communicate via mail
