5th February 2025 my brother from Australia arrived. 1st week of February he organised a new Roller Garage Door as a surprise for me. (also security for Toyota Carolla) Paid & installed by end of 1st week February. late 24th March new garage door lock jammed & now needed repair to work for security of the car. 25th March called Garage Door Repairs at 8.10am for service. My brother returned on 18th February to Australia. I was advised they would send someone that day. Afternoon we had " Unplanned Power Outage" until past midnight advised the company there would be no light to work under. They said they'll send someone 26th March which by after 5pm we heard nothing. Did WhatsApp & they said they were sending a Technician. For Insurance & Security reasons could not leave garage unlocked should there be a break in. We've been given the run around since then up & until late 28th March. Leaving message again re a concern due to Insurance wouldn't cover. Finally got our 2nd response " 09.30am 28th March will get feedback from Technician. It is now 4.31pm 28th March & no response from company!!! This is totally unprofessional & who would be accountable should car be ****** ? They've got the money now & couldn't care about new customer.. What a bad taste that has been left in my mouth.
