1/4/2025 My review just placed On Hello Peter a few mins ago. Callout for lock not working, 6wks after installation. now see the Review went out on 911 Silver Platinum. It was meant for Garage Roller door Services. The lock will have to be checked after the storm came down, as they just told us to turn lock to the left, which was what we originally did when installed. Hopefully the reviewers will see the correct review. 3 ☆
2/4/2025. They came quickly as would've expected. After waiting a week to have our Garage Roller Door lock fixed after installed approx 6 wks ago. Was worried as garage with unlocked problem remained a security risk. Technician came @ 3.05pm. fiddled with lock & told us to turn it to the left to lock. However, the storm came & garage was left unlocked, so we have to try the lock later & see if it works. Thats all i can say for now & see if service was supp****.
5th February 2025 my brother from Australia arrived. 1st week of February he organised a new Roller Garage Door as a surprise for me. (also security for Toyota Carolla) Paid & installed by end of 1st week February. late 24th March new garage door lock jammed & now needed repair to work for security of the car. 25th March called Garage Door Repairs at 8.10am for service. My brother returned on 18th February to Australia. I was advised they would send someone that day. Afternoon we had " Unplanned Power Outage" until past midnight advised the company there would be no light to work under. They said they'll send someone 26th March which by after 5pm we heard nothing. Did WhatsApp & they said they were sending a Technician. For Insurance & Security reasons could not leave garage unlocked should there be a break in. We've been given the run around since then up & until late 28th March. Leaving message again re a concern due to Insurance wouldn't cover. Finally got our 2nd response " 09.30am 28th March will get feedback from Technician. It is now 4.31pm 28th March & no response from company!!! This is totally unprofessional & who would be accountable should car be ****** ? They've got the money now & couldn't care about new customer.. What a bad taste that has been left in my mouth.
5th February 2025 my brother arrived from Australia, did research on Garage Roller Door Services for good & quick service for my car security.this was paid for & installed 1st week of February. He returned home 18th February with the satisfaction he'd done the right thing. late 24th March i called the company to please come & check the lock as it had jammed. They got paid & obviously not interest in i n helping with a repair on new product. They kept me waiting all day 226th March as i mentioned it would be a security risk to leave garage open over night. They don't answer their phone! i On WhatsApp was told 26th, they will get back to me they in a meeting. Late afte4noon still had any feedback, it was storming & when i did get hold of someone to find out where they are as service offered 24/7. ,they said they parked their vehicles, went home, no communication to us. the next day 27th March, i Whatsapp the again, said i was concerned about their delay & concern about the security risk on my Toyota Corolla & now wouldn' t be insured. They said they will come after 5pm. I was not happy at their lack of interest to get the job required done. We sat again, nobody pitched. 28th March i WhatsApp again 1st thing in the morning about my security concern. 09.30am Received a message saying that they were booked up & would come after they spoke to the Technician's re his availability. I said this was very unprofessional on a new product sold. I hhave never had an apology or told when they will eventually come & my car would be safe. It is the 30th March & still no sign of a technician coming. My garage is right in front of the gate & the concern of a break in was worrisome. Is this how you treat a new client. ! I have call records etc as proof. As an elderly pensioner & basically very worried about the security risk at this stage. I wouldn't refer them to anyone for a quick & professional 24/7 service. I'm left ganging!!!!
Kings Price - Gontse gave me the best service taking into consideration, being a pensioner & tough financial times in unstable economy. She was compassionate & fully understood our situation & made the policy that we need possible.
