I ordered Garcinia Forte diet supplementary pills online and after 3 months when stock had still not arrived from the Hong King-based consignee I contacted the sellers, Anthea Limited, a UK operation. Many emails flew between us which provided me with tracking numbers etc. However, I was still without my package. Living in South Africa it is prohibitively expensive for me to make telephonic enquiries and so I sat in wait. Murphy's Law stepped in: on the very day I reported the non-delivery of my order I received a call from Customs locally. Voila! My parcel was ready to be collected. And this is where things really begin to improve: Garcinia Forte's customer service department immediately shipped me a replacement consignment and when I repeated the information (that I was to be collecting the parcel from Customs) I was advised 'No problem' and that they \have already gone ahead and processed a reship for you.
