No Delivery
Ordered products in July 2015 to date no delivery. The company offered to refund but to date and after 40+ emails no results. Emails just confirm that their Finance department will finalise within 7 days without success.

No Delivery
Ordered products in July 2015 to date no delivery. The company offered to refund but to date and after 40+ emails no results. Emails just confirm that their Finance department will finalise within 7 days without success.

PAID FOR GOODS 4 MONTHS AGO NO DELIVERY
I ordered goods and paid for it via credit card in May already. When u phone DHL with the tracking number they tell u that it is passed the 45 working days delivery period, but no information can be given on where the package is. I must now phone to the USA and get Garcinia Forte to launch an investigation. When has it become my problem to track the package. I have send emails to the support centre but get no reply. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY CAN KEEP THE PRODUCT

A SLIM CHANCE RESULTED IN A FAT SMILE
I ordered Garcinia Forte diet supplementary pills online and after 3 months when stock had still not arrived from the Hong King-based consignee I contacted the sellers, Anthea Limited, a UK operation. Many emails flew between us which provided me with tracking numbers etc. However, I was still without my package. Living in South Africa it is prohibitively expensive for me to make telephonic enquiries and so I sat in wait. Murphy's Law stepped in: on the very day I reported the non-delivery of my order I received a call from Customs locally. Voila! My parcel was ready to be collected. And this is where things really begin to improve: Garcinia Forte's customer service department immediately shipped me a replacement consignment and when I repeated the information (that I was to be collecting the parcel from Customs) I was advised 'No problem' and that they \have already gone ahead and processed a reship for you. At this time you may keep it as a complimentary gift as we cannot stop a reship. You have not been charged for this item."How's that for great service? Now it remains to be seen if the product actually works. """

Paid no goods delivered
I have paid and e mailed but not received my goods. I am told to phone the USA to find out where my goods are in South Africa. I find this amazing as to the service of the company expecting the customer to track a product already paid for. Surely this is their responsibility???

I purchased the product on the 25th of March with expected delivery by the following week it is now almost a month and still no delivery. <br> <br> I have tried to find a phone number with no success, I have e-mailed them and as per their website expected a reply within 72hours almost 2 weeks later still no communication. Does anyone even work there???
