We stay on a farm in Mpumalanga. Since loadshedding started not once have our power returned at the sheduled time. The complete Arnot 7 CR line does not come on after loadshedding ended. We then need to report a power loss on the Eskom service and we are lucky if power is restored about an hour before the next loadshedding and then all of this starts again to get the power on before the next scheduled time. Where can we reports that Eskom at least just stick to the times supplied
ABSA in Delmas Mpumalanga does not have a Business Relationship Manager on site. All Business related matters handled by Tshoane Mapheto at the Witbank Branch. I have been struggling to get our Trust Account's email changed for the last 11 months and then I am the bookkeeper for a Complex in town where the online banking was forzen for Fica and it has been weeks and the account is not open yet after we submitted all documents requested and were told it will take 1 day to have the account back online. Up to date we could not even pay July wages. I even reported these incidents on Actiononline but still not sorted. I received reference numbers but no firm feedback. This is worse service ever received from a Bank
We have an account for our Durban branch and have been trying for the last 9 months to sort out our account. First we do not receive invoices for 6 months, then we receive all at once. For the last 2 months no invoices or statements again. Does Chubb not need their payment? I am sure they are the only Company in the Economical climate we are in that does not need their money. We have also been trying to get them to do our Companies name change for the last year, without any success.
This person is advertising a flat for rent and he want the deposit immediately, but he is not prepared to give the flat number to view the property. According to the Body Corp of the complex their is no property registered in his name there
I ordered goods and paid for it via credit card in May already. When u phone DHL with the tracking number they tell u that it is passed the 45 working days delivery period, but no information can be given on where the package is. I must now phone to the USA and get Garcinia Forte to launch an investigation. When has it become my problem to track the package. I have send emails to the support centre but get no reply. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY CAN KEEP THE PRODUCT
I have been trying for more than a week to get a cell number on our Company account registered on the Altech \Myaccount"service to enable us to get itemised billing off the internet because we need to send about 20 email request or phone about 5 times before we get this from Altech. I have been told the whole of last week that they send a password via sms to our number 082 602 8079"
