House keeping could do much better.

Absolutely mortified by the level of uncleanliness in this place. There were little hairs in the bathroom tub and on the bed. The pillows were dirty when turned. The towels had big yellow stains on them. My kid got into the bed, felt itchy.. and immediately got out with a rash. We left the place at 12 at night after being moved to 3 different rooms all of which were just as dirty. A very disappointing experiencing. Hopefully they refund me considering i refused to stay there and we cut our vacation short - it's quite a high price to pay for a dirty room that has not been maintained.
