Pathetic Service
Liberty Mall - American Swiss - You guys want to make money when you have things on sale.. FIND FRIENDLY STAFF.. Not people that are snobbish towards clients. Pathetic service as always.

Typo Pietermaritzburg
Went in to purchase a sale item at at Typo Pietermaritzburg only to be told they have the item but cannot sell it to me because it's being shipped to Springfield! I have to now drive all the way to durban to purchase a 50 rand item. I called Springfield and spoke to Dimpho who has asked her regional manager Maya for assistance and still I have no feedback while I wait at liberty mall in the heat with my 2 kids to purchase an item that is in store.. but in a box that they don't want to open. Whatever happened to customer service. Looking at these reviews on HelloPeter I see this is not the franchise to shop at. Very disappointing.

House keeping could do much better.
Absolutely mortified by the level of uncleanliness in this place. There were little hairs in the bathroom tub and on the bed. The pillows were dirty when turned. The towels had big yellow stains on them. My kid got into the bed, felt itchy.. and immediately got out with a rash. We left the place at 12 at night after being moved to 3 different rooms all of which were just as dirty. A very disappointing experiencing. Hopefully they refund me considering i refused to stay there and we cut our vacation short - it's quite a high price to pay for a dirty room that has not been maintained.

Thumbs down Jimmy's Gateway Umhlanga
Visited Jimmy's Killer prawns in Gateway Umhlanga on Saturday. Quite a pity, drove all way from Pietermaritzburg to here to have their "famous seafood boil". Totally overrated. It was salty and over cooked.. I feel like I wasted R1000 on food I'm going to give away.

Terrible service and food
Terrible food and service.. waited for milkshakes for 10 minutes after receiving my order, because the drive through gets preference even though we ordered 1st! Dry pieces of chicken.. the leftovers on the tray.. ordered a 3 piece and got 3 back pieces. What a joke to spend money here.. can't beat the chicken Licken at Liverty Midlands Mall

Bad service received by Philani at Planet fitness Libert mall Pietermaritzburg
Quite disappointed to have changed over from virgin active cascades to planet fitness. As lovely as your equipment are your sales team make a lot of empty promises just to get a sale out of you. Philani at the liberty mall branch in Pietermaritzburg, I am very disappointed with your service, I was promised tags for my children that I haven't received in almost 2 months, I was promised 30 days free at your gym which I didn't receive, I was told I'd pay 599 but I see 650 being deducted from my acc, I was promised a bag and bottle etc, and till date I haven't received it. I have left numerous messages for you to call me back but you never respond. I think I'm going to serve my 4 months notice and leave you guys and go back to virgin active. If we can't get out of a gym contract without a four months waiting period then we should be allowed to get out of it because of you guys not keeping upto your end of the contract.

Raisethorpe Pietermaritzburg branch, your service stinks!
Raisethorpe Pietermaritzburg branch - A call was placed for pizza at 6:49 for 5 small pizzas. Our order was only delivered at 8:25 after numerous calls! So it was a paid for with even a tip given to the driver.. In the dark so I didn't see what was delivered. When I brought inside every pizza was toppled! Filling was falling out the boxes and had even messed the slip.. The boxes in the middle were even wet! R230 rand for broken, soggy, cold pizzas! Ewww! I wasn't even going to feed that to my children. I mean it's a big franchise! Up your standards or don't offer services that you cannot tend to!

Nando's Scottsville and their horrible customer service
Disappointed in you guys! I'm usually such a fan of your food but your services are getting worse and worse with more staff that seem like they do not want to be there. I visited nandos in Scottville and was disappointed to learn that you didn't have coleslaw or salad available at your outlet.. But it was OK... Wedges would BUT lo and behold the customer that was behind me in the queue walks out with SALAD! So unfair of you guys to refuse one customer for salad but sell it to the next! Thank you Kholeka for your terrible service, no smile and enthusiasm for customer service. I will not visit that branch in future.

Overcharged "stale breaded" doughnuts.
Mills Spar in Hayfields Pietermaritzburg. I'm VERY disappointed in the freshness of your products! Today I bought mini ring doughnuts as a treat for my little girls. 1st the lady at the counter said they were 3 for R10 I got charged R29. 94 for 6! But I let it go thinking it would be yum anyway... Guess what! It wasn't! It tastes like old crusted bread disguised by chocolate and sprinkles! So gross! You guys have lost the plot if you're selling stale products to your customers while over charging. We used to trust you guys for the freshness coming all the way from Raisethorpe to support you guys in Hayfields. But we won't anymore!

Bad customer service
Mbali at kauai cascades be a little friendlier to your customers at gym. Cut down on the sarcasm of we as clients change our mind. A smile goes a long way even through a mask we can see the friendliness of a staff member.
