Very bad service at Garden Court OR Tambo

Very bad service this evening where there is one lady servicing more than 15 people who are individually checkin in. I mean why should we queue for more than 30 minutes after a very long flight . Come on guys you can do better than this very bad and poor service that you are currently offering
