Bad service by Makro and Defy
On 17-08-2023 I bought a 6kg defy washing machine at Makro Montague gardens, after few washes the machine started leaking to the point where it was tripping the circuit breaker. When i read the return policy I was entitled to a refund or a replacement. I went back to the store and was told a techincian would come which he did, after that the problem started again and I went back again and was advised a "senior" technician would come. He did but now the problem persist. I went back to the store for the third time and was advised another "senior technician will be dispersed which I am objecting to. I feel like Makro and Defy are playing games so that the six month will pass and the guarantee lapses Either I get a refund or a replacement or I am taking the legal route

Very bad service at Garden Court OR Tambo
Very bad service this evening where there is one lady servicing more than 15 people who are individually checkin in. I mean why should we queue for more than 30 minutes after a very long flight . Come on guys you can do better than this very bad and poor service that you are currently offering

Unsatified with Capitec service
I just woke with the message saying that my app has been deactivated and I need to visit a branch. No explaination given. If such can randomly happen then one wonders about the safety of the in the account. The branch is not even helping we are just sitting outside waiting for our turn to go inside. This is very unprofessional and highly unaccaptable as it is wasting my whole day
