Worst hotel experience ever!!!!

On a work trip my room wasn’t cleaned by 16:00 when I returned and to top it all I waited for 1h30mins before I got served in the restaurant that night because they simply had too few staff on duty while the place was buzzing with guests.

Who even managed that place?

I’m never setting foot there again.
