Worst service ever!! They treat their guests very badly. Rooms don’t get cleaned up until 16:00. At the restaurant you wait 1h30 mins just to place an order. Food is cooked with expired meat that will make you sick. Will never set foot there again. Tourists get preferential treatment while locals who support them all year round are ignored and treated like second class options. I’m disgusted by their behaviour. Let’s boycott this place
Worst hotel experience ever!!!! On a work trip my room wasn’t cleaned by 16:00 when I returned and to top it all I waited for 1h30mins before I got served in the restaurant that night because they simply had too few staff on duty while the place was buzzing with guests. Who even managed that place? I’m never setting foot there again.

They dont pay out motorextender warranty policies when you claim. Instead they will look for all sorts of silly reasons to avoid paying out. When they sell policies then they promise all sorts of things but years later when you claim then they all of a sudden have exclusions and stories.
Dotsure consultant do everything possible to avoid paying out valid claims. Never take out a MotorExtender warranty with them. You will struggle when you need them the most. I'm canceling after 3 years of loyal premiums. Be warned, its a ****. Let's mobilise South Africa and political parties against these ****mers!
